It makes sense. That’s the natural process just sped up. I know people don’t like the word compost but it’s beats fire or formaldehyde. Gives back rather than taking from, that seems to be a good thing. Before all the funeral businesses took over they dug a grave, wrapped us in a sheet or make shift wooden box & buried us. My understanding that’s still the way of priest, unassuming. It’s cleaner, it’s cheaper, it’s environmentally sound.

The environmental choice seemed right to us, plus (hope it's true) we are giving back and being part of the cycle of life. It's a "comfort" feel which cremation is not. Now, I just hope you continue respond when the time comes to use your service. So far the presentation and staff we've dealth with have been terrific. They've answered all of our questions fully with no attitudes involved, patience and understanding. Really great people.

I had been planning on cremation, but learned how awful it is from a pollution standpoint, so have been researching more natural methods for a couple years. Some of the "natural burials" are prohibitively expensive, purchasing "plots" in various forests. I saw the Earth presentation and did more research, but am convinced this is the best way for me, especially since it will be available here in CA hopefully before I die!!

Although we are pleased with how the service worked out for us. And how the comnunication throughout the process was excellent. The concept is new and many would find it difficult to accept. As a result I would be hard pressed to give a 10.

Human composting resonates with me as a natural way to dispose of my remains. The webinar, website and personal consultant were all informative and inspired confidence.

It is the most thoughtful and sustainable and easy way to deal with a funeral. It doesn’t pollute the air like cremation, and it doesn’t use up valuable land like a burial. It also seems the most compassionate way to deal with a body.

I am on board but some are still connected to traditional burial methods. So I will recommend to selective friends.

Earth Funeral has excellent customer service & offers an excellent environmentally friendly way to handle one's body after death.

I know some people who for various reasons think it's "creepy" to do anything else except bury the body in a box in the earth. However, the more I learn about the Earth process, and especially after I see the new facility that will open in Maryland - I'll likely share my experience with anyone who's open to learn about it?

Earth gave complete information and multiple opportunities to ask further questions. Staff were very pleasant. I feel good knowing that my loved ones will be spared the burden of making arrangements after I'm gone and that my remains will be handled in a way that replenishes the fertility of the soil rather than making land unusable for other purposes and generating toxic waste.
